There would be no Wa West Constituency without NPP – Alhaji Toyiba Mahama

A former Upper West Regional Chairman aspirant of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and current Regional Patron, Alhaji Toyiba Mahama, has attributed the development of the Wa West Constituency to the NPP. He emphasized that "if there is no NPP, there won't be Wa West Constituency."
