Twifo Praso (C/R), Sept. 8, GNA - The Twifo-Heman-Lower-Denkyira District Assembly collected 668 million cedis from its internal revenue sources from January to July compared to 200 million cedis during the same period last year.
Mr Abraham Odoom, District Chief Executive, said this on Saturday when he opened a day's workshop for area council chairmen, revenue collectors and unit committee members in the District.
He told them that the prosperity of the District depends on their output and urged them to work hard to generate more revenue and warned that the assembly "would not spare" any revenue collector who misappropriated funds.
