Aflao, July 2, GNA - The bodies of two male adults, one of them unidentified, have been washed ashore at Abeliakope and Adina in the Ketu South District at the weekend. The unidentified body, found at Abeliakope near Aflao in an advance state of decomposition, has been buried. Mr. Ahmed Issah Yakubu, Deputy Superintendent of Police in charge of Aflao Police, told the Ghana News Agency that the second body found at Adina, about 12 kilometres away from Abeliakope, was identified as one Yao Skido Tsikpo, 65, a fisherman from the town. Tsikpo was said to have dived into the sea on Saturday but failed to resurface and was suspected to have hit his head against a rock. Mr. Yakubu said other fishermen who were mending their nets at the beach later found Tsikpo's body washed ashore and has been deposited at Saint Anthony Hospital at Dzodze for autopsy.
