Wa, Nov.4, GNA - The Savanna Agricultural Research Institute (SARI) is to host this year's international farmers exchange visit in Wa.
Dr. Jesse Naab, Senior Research Scientist and Head of the SARI Station in Wa, who disclosed this to Ghana News Agency on Thursday.
He said farmers from Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger would participate in the forum from November 8th to 12th this year, to exchange ideas on farming practices with farmers in the Upper West Region.
Dr. Naab said the forum, an initiative of SARI and the Wa Municipal Agriculture Development Office, would offer farmers in West Africa the opportunity to forge links among themselves.
