Youth clubs, he said could also embark on an exchange programmes to share cultural and other ideas that would enhance the well-being of the younger generations as well children yet unborn.
He stressed the need for chiefs and traditional councils to play their required role in the training of the youth, saying that failure to properly nurture the youth would make the country's future extremely bleak.
Lt. Osardu called on youth organisations to join the national crusade against filth in the cities and urban towns, adding that any attempt to joke with the current raining season might plunge many communities in the country into the gripes of cholera and other communicable diseases.
