Akim Peseato (E/R), Jan. 6, GNA - The Odikro of Akim Peseato in the Fanteakwa District, Baffour Kwasi Afrifah, has appealed to the District Assembly to assist the community to improve conditions in the area. He told the GNA that a bridge linking Peseato and Akora Darko, a distance of 15 kilometres was in a poor condition and posed danger to those using it.

Baffour Afrifah said the road linking the two communities also needed to be reshaped and re-gravelled.

He also appealed for the construction of a market at Peseato to assist traders to sell off their goods easily.

Baffour Afrifah appealed to the District Assembly and the Ghana Education Service (GES) to take the necessary steps to rehabilitate the six-unit classroom block at Peseato, which was in a deplorable state. He appealed to the Government to extend the school feeding programme to all parts of the district. 6 Jan. 08
