THE ADMIISTRATOR AT THE OFFICE THERE WITH THE HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS ARE COLLECTING HUGE SUMS OF MONEY FROM SUCH TEACHERS FOR THEIR PROMOTION LETTERS TO BE TRACED. WHAT HAS THESE POOR TEACHERS DONE TO DESERVE THIS INHUMANE TREATMENT? GUAN IS A NEW DISTRICT.WHY TREATING THIS TEACHERS LIKE THAT.
