MP Donates Motorbikes To Strengthen NDC Reorganization In Salaga South The motorbikes are expected to improve mobility for officials of the Election Directorate

The Member of Parliament for the Salaga South Constituency, Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, on Monday, February 9, 2026, donated three motorbikes to the Constituency Election Directorate to support the ongoing reorganisation of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in her constituency.

The presentation ceremony, held at the NDC Party Office in Salaga, forms part of the MP’s commitment to strengthening party structures and enhancing operational efficiency at the grassroots level.

The motorbikes are expected to improve mobility for officials of the Election Directorate, enhance coordination and ensure effective monitoring and supervision of activities across the constituency.

Speaking at the handing-over ceremony, Hajia Zuwera Ibrahimah emphasised the importance of a well-organized and vibrant party structure in achieving electoral success.

She noted that reliable transportation remains a critical logistical requirement, particularly in constituencies with widely dispersed communities.

According to her, the donation is intended to empower the Election Directorate to effectively execute its mandate as the party reorganises and prepares for future political engagements.

She further reaffirmed her commitment to supporting party activities and called on members to remain united and focused on strengthening internal structures to position the NDC for victory in upcoming elections.

On behalf of the Directorate, the Constituency Election Director, Tanko Yakubu, commended the Member of Parliament for her continuous support for the Directorate’s activities.

He assured her that the motorbikes would be used effectively to facilitate the party’s reorganisation efforts.

Other beneficiaries of the donation include Mustapha Tawfic and Alhaji Dramani Abudu.

Dignitaries present at the ceremony included the Constituency Chairman, Haruna Abdul Aziz; the Special Advisor to the MP, Ing Abdul Nasser Adam; as well as other constituency executives and staff of the Office of the Member of Parliament.

The donation has been widely welcomed by the Constituency Chairman and other party officials, who described it as timely and instrumental in enhancing the operational capacity of the Election Directorate.
