Options include monitoring, catheter procedures, or surgery, which in the U.S. costs $30k–$70k but is far less expensive in Ghana—Dr. Frimpong Boateng can confirm. Abandonment is not the answer; this is a treatable condition. With proper care and a functioning health system, she could have grown up healthy. I also pray for Divine Intervention.
