Life jackets. How many times do some of us have to say this?
1. Can we start regulating the operations of boats on our lakes
2. Can the DVLA institute the compulsory use of life jackets before a passenger is allowed to board the boat?
It is so so disturbing to hear such avoidable scenarios. Innocent children and mothers just gone like that. Authorities must sit up and act, in order to avert such tragedies.
