The Member of Parliament for Ablekuma North, Ewurabena Aubynn, and the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Adamu Musah Kalamu continue to demonstrate how effective collaboration between political and administrative leaders can accelerate development and improve the welfare of residents.

The two officials have become a familiar presence together at major constituency programmes, reflecting what many residents describe as a strong and productive partnership focused on development, education and youth empowerment.

One of such recent collaborations was at the enhancement of the national apprenticeship empowerment programme by the MP, where essential tools and equipment were presented to apprentices and master craft facilitators within the constituency.

The initiative formed part of efforts to reinforce government’s National Apprenticeship Programme and equip young people with employable vocational skills.

Beneficiaries included apprentices in various trades as well as experienced artisans responsible for mentoring and training young people within the municipality.

Speaking during the programme, Ewurabena Aubynn emphasized the importance of skills training and entrepreneurship in addressing youth unemployment and creating sustainable livelihoods.

Residents and beneficiaries commended the initiative, describing it as a practical intervention that would enhance productivity and create opportunities for self-employment among the youth.

The presence of both the MP and the MCE at the event further highlighted the growing cooperation between the two offices in delivering development-oriented programmes to the people of Ablekuma North.

Community members say the partnership between the two leaders is setting a positive example of how collaboration can improve governance and ensure that development projects directly impact the lives of residents.
