EWANF inducts six new members, seven governing council members

The East and West African Nobles Forum (EWANF) has inducted six new members and seven members of its Governing Council at a ceremony in Accra.

The newly inducted members are Dr Ben Tutu, Abdul Moomin Gbana, Daniella Mawusi Ntow Sarpong, Nana Ekow Arthur-Mensah, Bryan Selby and Nana Yaa Jantuah.

They were formally welcomed into the forum and tasked to uphold its values while contributing their expertise and networks to its objectives.

Seven other members were sworn in as members of the Governing Council, led by Dr Richard Kofi Asiedu, also known traditionally as Nana Asiedu Keteke, Nkosoɔhene of Agona Kwanyako.

The Governing Council is expected to provide strategic direction for EWANF and oversee its activities over the next five years.

The outgoing President of EWANF, Bishop Stella Dartey, highlighted some achievements recorded during her tenure and urged the new council to build on the foundation laid by the previous administration.

She called for unity, commitment and responsible leadership to advance the objectives of the forum.

The newly elected President-General, Nana Asiedu Keteke, assured members that his administration would work to achieve greater results and expand the organisation’s impact across the sub-region.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr Dee Otibu Asare stressed the importance of responsible leadership, unity and collaboration in promoting development and strengthening ties among people and institutions across East and West Africa.

One of the newly inducted members, Dr Ben Tutu of Benedak Herbal Clinic and Research Centre in Ho, said he was honoured by the induction and expressed his commitment to contributing to the work of the forum.

The ceremony ended with the presentation of certificates to the newly inducted members and Governing Council members, followed by a networking session.
