Ken Rosely has been elected Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Kwabre East Constituency following the party’s constituency executive elections held on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Rosely secured a decisive victory with 1,220 votes, reflecting delegates’ confidence in his leadership and appreciation for his contributions to the party.

His challengers, Shaibu Abu and Mustapha Amidu, polled 450 and 384 votes, respectively.

Speaking to the media after his victory, Rosely expressed gratitude to God and the delegates for the confidence reposed in him.

He said the outcome demonstrated party members’ faith in his leadership and pledged to continue serving the NDC diligently while working towards retaining power in the 2028 general elections.

Rosely also called for unity within the constituency, urging the defeated candidates to rally behind him and the other newly elected executives.

He said the party must work collectively to secure victory in Kwabre East in 2028 and improve on the votes garnered by the NDC’s presidential candidate in the 2024 general elections.

“I am extremely happy and grateful to God and the delegates for the confidence reposed in me. Today, they have demonstrated that the NDC rewards commitment and hard work. They recognised the work I have done for the party and given me the mandate for another four years.

“My message to the other candidates is that we must come together and work for the party. Elections can produce only one winner, so we have to put this behind us and commit fully to sustaining the party in power.

“Once again, thank you to the good people of Kwabre East, thank you to the NDC, and God bless Ghana,” he said.
