Mr. Justice Makafui, a Radio Presenter at a Denu-based FM Radio Station, Light FM, died in a motor accident on Monday while on his way home from work.
One Abigail Donkor, a lady also lost her life in the accident in which nine others were injured and are receiving treatment at hospitals at Dzodze and Aflao respectively.
Mr. Emmanuel Odonkor, Aflao District Police Commander said, after work on Monday, Mr. Makafui joined an Opel Saloon car on his way to Dzodze where he lived.
He said on reaching Kopeyia, near Denu, the vehicle crashed with an Aflao bound bus travelling from Ho.
Mr. Odonkor said Mr. Makafui who was seriously injured was pronounced dead on arrival at Saint Anthony’s Hospital at Dzodze, where his body and that of Miss Donkor, who died on the spot are being kept pending autopsy.
The two drivers are among the injured.**
