  The Omanhene is doing his job to avert any tragedies within his traditional area. If you read the story well, you would have read the part that all towns within Gomoa Ajumako have to go for permit from the traditional council ...

  The Omanhene is doing his job to avert any tragedies within his traditional area. If you read the story well, you would have read the part that all towns within Gomoa Ajumako have to go for permit from the traditional council to perform their akwambo festival. This permit is to ensure peace and unity prevail in the said town before granting it. The Police also issue permit for protection, but have to work hand in hand with the traditional council. something the Swedru Divisional Command failed to do. So the Omanhene is calling on the IGP to put a stop on the permit they issued. Hope you get the picture now

  Such a threat is more potent than any we fear from the 2 freed Yemeni detainees. Yet, we would not hear our Politicians and Clergy discuss or condemn it as much.

  Such a threat is more potent than any we fear from the 2 freed Yemeni detainees. Yet, we would not hear our Politicians and Clergy discuss or condemn it as much.
  
  Many people are killed needlessly in Ghana over in our Chieftaincy conflicts, these days. But we do not hear our Holy Bishops and High Priests make it a priority to discuss with the Government to prevent them.
  
  Neither do our Politicians seem to care about those conflicts, even though such fatal clashes are more rampant and more likely to occur than any Jihadi terrorism in Ghana.
  
  Where is our collective integrity on these matters of National Security?
