Amasaman (G/A) Jan. 24 GNA- The Ga District office of the NCCE is to embark on a programme to educate adults population on the need to register when voters' register is open.
The programme would discourage supporters of partisan politics from engaging in any malpractices.
Mr. Isaac Kwame Antwi, Ga District Director of the NCCE told the Ghana News Agency in an interview after meeting with Heads of Department and staff of the NCCE at Amasaman.
Mr. Kwame Antwi said the programme would include the organisation of civic educational clubs in schools in the area as a means of educating the young ones who are our future leaders on civic education. The Director appealed to all Ghanaians to help consolidate the democracy we are enjoying now while the political parties should try to promote unity and brotherliness among themselves.
