CAD Gas Filling in the Wenchi of the Brong Ahafo Region shut down after they failed to provide the necessary documents.
The Wenchi Municipal Chief Executive, Dr. Prince Kwakye Afriyie in the company of members of Municipal Security Council visited the filling station leading to its closure.
In an interview, Dr. Prince Kwakye Afriyie indicated that the operators at the filling station have been asked on several occasions to make their working documents available to the Municipal Assembly but they have not complied with leading to the closure.
Dr. Afriyie disclosed that the action taken to prevent any eventuality.
He added that the action taken would go along way to sanitized the system.

"MUSEC has directed that any residual gas that is in the tanks would be sold only under the supervision of MUSEC and no news you consignment until the issue at stake is resolved," Dr. Afiriyie noted.
