  The beauty of the capital benefits all of us and any attempt to decongest it should be devoid of any politics, but NDC is now facing its own shadow. When NPP embarked on such exercise when Henry Quartey was the regional minister, NDC was ruffling feathers and urging traders, hawkers etc to resist the decongestion exercise and to vote against NPP in any election.
