The Roman Catholic church is gradually becoming a dying church, because they have shifted away from its earliest principles of doing God's work. They have embraced different cultures particularly those of Europe and the US. The attraction is not there anymore. It is only curiosity that draws people to the church. It needs a revival and an African pope will energize this dying empire and bring a careful look at its vision for the world!

Hoping for an African Pope is misguided. All those Ghanaians wishing for a Ghanaian Pope are doing so just for national pride and not for the good of the Catholic Church. The Church (and for that matter, the Roman Catholic Church)is not a political party in which potential candidates campaign for the general public to vote for them to become Pope whenever there is vacancy. Only the Cardinals below 80 years old are qualified to vote in a secret ballot or what is referred to as "conclave". With just 2 Africans among 118 Cardinals, it is impossible to expect an African Pope if the voting is going to be based on regionalism. Nevertheless, if the Cardinals allow God to guide them as they claim, then all the 118 have equal chances. I believe the Cardinals are in a better position to know who among them is best suited to be the next Pope.

The world is watching over this appointment whether it will fall on Turson,if this does not take place,the hypocricy in the catholic church will be exposed and i would advice my fellow ghanaians who are in the catholic church to advice themselves because the church is hypocritical in its appointment of pope;secondly,i will be convinced that the church belongs to the white man. If the church believes that it is serving God,it should not discriminate against cardinal Turson because he is black man.

The papal power will spearhead the legislation of a National Sunday Law for worship in the countries of the world and cause severe punishment to be imposed on transgressors of its law--the right to buy and sell (Rev 13:17); and capital punishment (Rev 13:15). It is worth mentioning that the Holy See is the only religio-politicl power in existence today. She may be dormant, but the bible says its deadly wound has been healed(Rev 13:12, fulfilled in 1928)

"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you"(2 Corinthians 6:17).

The true church will be the victim of the anger of Satan and his main ally, the Catholic Church. The duo will start a persecution known as the Time of Jacob's Trouble in eschatology (Jeremiah 30:7).
"And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast(The National Sunday Law), that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand (service), or in their foreheads (minds): And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name" (Revelation 13:15-17).

"And the dragon (the devil) was wroth with the woman (God's true church), and went to make war with the remnant of her seed (the remnant), which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ"(Revelation 12:17).

God always has a people who keep all the Commandments of God (including the 4th Commndment, and keep the faith of Jesus [Rev 14:12]). He wants all to have an encounter with the truth that He has not changed any of his commandments.
Jesus proved that the law can be kept by the Adamic race so he kept it perfectly and sealed his works with his own blood at Calvary (Luke 4:16,1 Peter 2:21).

Burning heretics at the stake was a work of evil.
Conquering cities and then killing everyone who refuses to become a catholic was a work of evil.
If evil in the doctrine cannot be removed, then how can evil in physical presence of the church be removed ?

Burning someone in hell for all eternity is useless and insane.
Even if you had an animal and you would burn it as long as possible,
you should be put in jail because you are evil and insane.
God is the opposite of insane,
so it is clear that that part of the revelation of john of patmos can not have been inspired by God.
My personal opinion is that that entire book is not holy.

Vatican's problems are rooted deep in their theory (and practice).
I do not expect them to be able to correct themselves.
Jesus can walk on water, but catholic dogma would sink.

"And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time" (Daniel 7:25).

"And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard (Rome), and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon (the devil) gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority" (Revelation 13:2).

The long history of the pomp and pride of pagan Rome and papal Rome can only be compared to the Jewish religious services before the Babylonian captivity.
"Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, are these." (Jeremiah 7:4).

"Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men" (Mark 7:7).

It must be remembered that God does not judge by outward appearances, nor does he choose men because of their capabilities.
"...but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word" (Isaiah 66:2).
