  The effort of zoom lion will not amount to nothing if they don't put pragmatic steps in place in combating this menace of filth in the cities.How do you make Accra clean when everyday people are throwing refuse at the very place you have clean. How many refuse containers do you see at the Neoplan station or from circle to Kaneshie. The effort of the AMA in doing this by instituting the "'refuse police" didn't yield any result cos they were bound in just taking money from people.Always we cite example of Singapore but when are we going to take a clue from them?
