If you have issues as an Elder I believe you must find the appropriate means to address it, but I sincerely doubt that you are an Elder and that you have any proof to your allegation.
  Kudos Bishop Tackie for the good work you are doing. Pls ignore Sanballat's like our concern Elder here. their interest is to destroy the work of god, but they can not succeed
