ASKING FOR HOPE FROM CHURCHES WHICH DEPENDS ON THE COLLECTIONS FROM POOR PEOPLE DOESN'T MAKE SENSE WHEN THE NATION'S WALLET IS IN THE HANDS OF THUGS AND THIEVES DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. GHANA SIT UP, VOTE THESE THUGS OUT AND THIS NATION WILL REBOUND TO DECENCY.

  IF CHURCH GOING GIVES HOPE THE ARMED ROBBERS WHO GSVE YOU THE RUBBISH OF THE BIBLE WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN IT TO YOU ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY LIED TO THE WHOLE WORLD THAT WE WERE SAVAGES WHEN THE FIRST HAD CONTACT

  Our sense of hope, optimism, or anticipation even amidst adversity was made possible for the human race in Eden when Adam and Eve sinned. God himself came to Eden and gave Adam and Eve a probation in which they will be able to regain through grace, unmerited favor of the seed of the woman, all that sin and its effects will cause them.
  
  "And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel" (Genesis 3:15).
  
  The hope of a Savior to come was renewed to Abraham and most of the patriarchs.
  
  "And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee" (Genesis 17:7).
  
  Thus Adam and Eve, and their righteous descendants looked forward to a Savior (the Seed) to come and restore them to their Edenic home through hope in his mercy.
  
  "For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?" (Romans 8:24).
  
  "Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you" (John 15:3-7).
  
  Christ, our hope saves.
