  1.basic civic education
  2.accountability of the police and judiciary.
  
  I will reinforce these points by suggesting that civic education be part of elementary, and secondary, school curriculum, and an elective for post secondary education.
  Another possible option is to make civics part of the driver's licensing examination.
  
  2. Accountability is a serious problem in Ghana. Shoddy work, littering, bribery, nepotism, thievery, and deceptive techniques like cover-ups can be attributed to lack of accountability. It is not only the police and the judiciary who are accountable for their actions, every citizen should be accountable for his/her actions, particularly, those in higher-up visible positions.
  
  Maybe a course in civics, and civil accountability before one's annual evaluation at the work place may be an idea to work on!

  The Churches are more corrupt than the State. You don't know the abuse cases in the churches in Ghana else you won't have said that.............

  Ghanaian Pastors are the sole criminals in the society. They are unrepentant thieves so how can a thief help a thief to repent. Did you not learn never to mix religion with politics? You sad, miserable cheats.
