  The heavy weight of traditions of the church are causing doctrinal conflicts which require resolution ASAP so that she does not lose her place as God's appointed agency of salvation to a world which does not know him.
  
  "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil." Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.
  
  As of today the Catholic Church is the only religious institution with the largest number of adherents in the Christian world (1.1 billion+). However, Muslims outnumber Catholics, and all other religious institutions (2.2 billion+) several times. These two religious institutions must be doing something good to have such a large following, right? Wrong.
  
  They do have a lot in common. Interestingly, they both originated from strong pagan roots: Pagan Rome and PreIslamic Arabia. Pagan Rome and Papal Rome were strong persecutors of God's people during the dark and middle ages. Today Rome is more civil, and has a respectable monarchy (pope) in Vatican maintaining Catholic traditions. Old traditions like the worshiping of saints, and Mary will never change. Dissidents to Vatican authority are no longer burned at the stake as heretics; they are excommunicated. How long will the civility of Rome last? We only need to read Revelation 12,13,14 + Daniel 7,8,9 to find out.
  
  Like Pagan Rome and Papal Rome of the dark and middle ages, Islam's rise as a traditional pagan persecuting power from the 7th century is yet to give the world a break in violence.
  
  Another interesting point to observe is that both religions do not see God's commandments given in Exodus 20 as obligatory. Thus amorality abounds in Catholicism and Islam.

  "If ye love me, keep my commandments." John 14:15
  
  God keeps the original Commandments of God in in the Ark of Testimony in heaven. Changes to his Law by the Catholic Church did not affect the God's law which is kept there. It is by the law kept in the ark that Jesus mediates the merits of his righteousness for pardon for those who have broken the law.
  
  "And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail." Reevelation 11:19.
