However, the emergence of terrorists threat level in West African sub-region seems to put the Bishop and his congregation at high risk considering the modus operandi of these ruthless, barbaric and inhuman terrorist groups. Even though Bishop comments could be the fact, making a sharp contrast for the safety of innocent congregation is highly applauded.

i suggest u listen to the full message before judging him. u don't just conclude because if u are a good listener u will comprehend that bishop was using the muslim practice of worship as a reference point of view to christian worship and how frequent the christian have to pray because the bible clearly stipulated it that christian are to pray without ceasing (1 thessalonians 5:17). i think he is apologising not because they will burn the church but is because he uses their name and he have to explain and make the muslim know what he is referring to.
