  Carcinoma may start as a tiny mole, a permanent pimple or a polyp on any part of the body, e.g. face, back or arm. I first noticed one on the left side of his face some years back but the rate of growth may indicate malignancy. A carcinoma may be benign and even when cancerous, can be localized. A melanoma on the other hand, is very dangerous when early treatment is not sought. This is because the cancer cells travel to attack other parts of the body (metastasis ). Mahama's facial polyp has really grown bigger and needs to be tested. A number of US Presidents had successful surgical removal of these skin cancer tumours very early, including Reagan, George H.W. Bush and Clinton.

You can not preach righteous if your able self have serious issues in terms of what the teachings of Allah and the Prophet is. How can an Imam am told, annul his daughters marriage because the daughters husband decided he wanted his wife to live in Ghana for awhile after some small misunderstanding? How could this same sheikh, instruct his daughter to get her husband arrested on false pretext that, the husband brought their daughter to Ghana from UK for Female mutilation. This sheikh is not fit to stand in the pulpit to preach.

Are you sakaawa boy who feel offended about the truth? Your accusations is probably false. but even if is true, Are you trying to say only "the perfects" are allowed to express their views? If that's your mentality, then you need shut-up!!! Shut-up because you are not perfect yourself. Personal attacks will not help our society.
