Could there be anything more beautiful than this? Now I will like to see the Chief Immam take his national responsibilities seriously and renounce violence in the name of Islam.We don't want to hear him making excuses or trying to explain away misbehavior in the name of Islam.If he doesn't put his national responsibilities ahead of his religious biases we will continue to consider him a village champion not deserving of our respect.

This may be good for human relations but spiritually it is unwise. I'm wondering if the archbishop will visit the priest of the Antoa god and have him say a prayer to his god together with him. If no, for the same reason it is bad to encourage disbelievers to keep to their religious practices. They should rather be told the truth, that they belong to the wrong faith and are heading for eternal destruction if they fail to repent. I can't remember this archbishop ever preaching the need for muslims to repent and accept Christ so that they may be saved.
The last time archbishop Nicolas Duncan Williams spoke the truth about Islam he was coaxed into apologizing and therefore putting himself under self-censorship. Now he cannot say anything negative about Islam and so has lost every opportunity of preaching against Islam to convict muslims to be converted.
Archbishop Palmer Buckles, learn to preach to unbelievers rather than join them in their religious practices, my humble advice to you.
