You only mentioned the 2nd World War, what about the Middle East crisis, the senseless killings by the Islamic fundamentalists in other places of the world, the terrorist attacks, millions of people who were murderd during the inquisition era? The belief that one religion is better than the other and the desire to convert the other is reason for these senseless killings. Even the 2nd WW had religious undertones. Why would Hitler want to exterminate the Jews? It's about organized religion and the desire to forcibly impose ones religion over others.

The one and most effective solution this demonic work against human life on this planet earth is Christ Jesus in the heart of all people. He (Christ Jesus) stands for compassion, righteousness, justice, and life. Unfortunately He seem not to have been properly represented on earth today. He never wish that any should perish, but repent and be saved. We must, in my opinion fast and pray for all members of Boko haram,ISIL,AL QAEDA and all their sponsors that God opens their eyes unto salvation. God loves them too, and desire that we pray for them and help them come out of the trap of the evil ones. If they need food, clothing, money, etc, we should not be selfish, but be willing to share in the Name of our Lord Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit will then move to save them. Let's also NEVER forget to fast and pray for our corrupt and oppressive governments. They are the major causes of all these evils. God loves them too, and commands us to PRAY FOR THEM, NOT KILL THEM. When touched, they will bear the sweet fruits of the Holy Spirit which exclude curses.
