I can say without doubt that Bishop Agyin Asare was able to acquire this current property when he visited the Ghanaian community in Israel. He came home to Ghana with not less than $80,000 at the time when he was hosted by then Evangelical Christian Fellowship. It was the biggest place of worship then in Israel amo g the Ghanaian populace and he was very much advertized wuth posters all over so when he came the auditorium was always full. It was the first wave of this charismatic movement so people were awed by his actions and donated massively. Some gave him $1,000 each. I remember late Opoku Mensah and now Rev Gyasi gave $1,000 each, with others pledging to do same. His late sis Emelia, may she rest in peace, was very instrumental in his appeal for cash. The Presiding Elder eas Francis Amoah Kyei who for want of divine anointing served Agyin Asare as it were og Elijah and Elisha. Infact i have been economical with the $80,000 because it was aboit yhe official amount given but there were private donations as well and he came with wife and little boy Selassie. How could he be so ungrateful to those eho made him what he is today including his late sister Emelia and late brother Alex aka Brazil? He visited there three times and even at Easter ehen he had to preach anout the death and resurrection of Christ he rather preached "GIVE IT TO ME FIRST." Iam very much disappointed in you Bishop for ignoring our contributions because you mentioned your desire to purchase what is now your pride- Perez Dome when uou visited. Infact you have as am writing some of those people worshipping with you. How do you think that will make them feel? God is watching and you know i have spoken nothing but the gospel truth.

I have a cousin who atteNds this so-called church. She is constantly harassed to donate money. The most serious thing they do is to make those who don't have money PLEDGE that at the end of the month they will bring money if they receive their salary. I swear that there was one girl who completed one of the private universities in Ghana and had no job to do. Her parents were still looking after her. She was and is still a memeber of this Perez Chapel. As soon as she got a job to do she decided to be giving all her pay every month for a so-called God's work. She never buys anything for the upkeep of the house in which she lives. After the poor parents had suffered to pay her fees from kindergarten to university it is Agyen-Asare who is now enjoying all the money that the girl gets. One day I asked the girl. " Have you even once bought plantain to honour your parents for looking after you?". There was nothing she could say. I once listened to their preaching on radio in Accra and all that they were saying was how your family would "hate" you for spending all your time doing so-called "God's work". So when the young graduates have no employment Agyin-Asare doesn't care but if they get work to do then "God loves a cheerful giver". Is it not the money Agyin Asare steals from these ignorant people every Sunday that he is boasting about? God will punish him. A thief who refuses to advice those young church members to respect their parents but rather divides families. When they were going to baptise this girl they told her not to inform her family. The mother was at home one day and saw the girl and two church members passing by. It was when the mother asked where they were going before the girl said " I am going to get baptised". So this means the parents who looked after her are now witches so she does not have to inform them about her baptism. God will punish this thief called Agyin-Asare. God is good and is watching. The structures at Nduom university college that came in existence this year is far better than the Perez University College.
