Jerry John Rawlings has stated that greed among some party members led to their loss in the 2016 general elections. He claimed corruption increased to insane levels under John Mahama and accused them of departing from the values of probity and accountability which formed the basis under which the party was formed. According to him, it was mainly because of the corruption that the NDC lost power to the governing New Patriotic Party.

  he may be a good economist or whatever but his evil intentions to islamise ghana have been discovered early enough. any leader who concentrate on making us religious in whatever religion is not the right leader. bawumia, jm, nana addo, attah mills, are same. Kuffour and rawlings were a little better. if all at, christians should dominate, not moslems who don't send kids to school but force them learn arabic and evil book koran which bawumia is happy to be part of .
