Ghana will hold their first training session in Mongomo today (Friday) ahead of their Africa Cup of Nations opener on Monday.
The players were told to rest yesterday after arriving at their camp base early Thursday morning.
The team touched down at exactly 6:00am GMT from Spain where they camped for ten days.
