Accam: I’m under no pressure to impress

Ghanaian winger David Accam has said there is no pressure on him to impress anyone or clubs with the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal and Everton reportedly on his heels.

Accam’s fine form has fetched him seven goals for Helsingborg this season.

“Of course, it is. It’s great that so many big clubs are looking at me. It is a proof that I have come well in Helsingborg. It gives me a great confidence and motivates me to work even harder out there on the field,” Accam told Expressen.

“I do not feel any pressure. I just try to play my game and right now my focus is at Helsingborg. But it is clear that the dream is to play in any of the major leagues.”

A graduate from Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, Accam has also featured for English lower division side Evasham United.
