Acosty hits target for Latina in Italy

Ghanaian attacker Maxwell Boadu Acosty got on target for Latina in the Italian Serie B as they drew 2-2 with Salernitana on Saturday evening.

The former Fiorentina player, 24, put Latina 2-0 ahead by expertly executing a close range effort in the 68th minute.

Acosty's goal cushioned the lead for Latina but they failed to protect the lead as Salernitana fought from behind to equalise both goals.

While he was scoring his fourth (4th) goal of the season for Latina former Ghana U20 offensive midfielder Moses Odjer played the entire regulation minutes for Salernitana.

But young midfielder Nelson Atiagli failed to make the Latina squad for the game.
