Former Ghana captain C.K Akunnor is polishing his coaching skills at Manchester City on a two-week stint with the Premiership club.
Akunnor who is presently the assistant coach of the national Under-17 team arrived at Eastlands at the beginning of this week for the first of two attachment stints with the club.
He will observe at close range, the club's set up, coaching methods and training approach before returning well in time for the Black Starlets final African U-17 qualifier. But he will head back there after the qualifiers for a one-month stint.
Akunnor is keen to work his way up the coaching ladder after a brilliant playing career in Germany and Denmark and for Ghana at the international level.
