Alaves players bid emotional farewell to Wakaso

Deportivo Alaves players have bid an emotional farewell to their departing teammate Mubarak Wakasu after sealing a move to Chinese super league side Jiangsu Suning.

The Ghanaian midfielder spent two and half years at the club after joining them in the summer of 2017.

The club posted an emotional video where Mubarak Wakaso was seen hugging and sharing a moment with his former teammates as he prepares to embark on a new chapter in his career.

The deal for his transfer is reportedly in a region of $3M and would see his wages triple.
