Black Stars head coach Kwasi Appiah is set to present a report on his week-long trip to Europe to the Executive Committee of the Ghana Football Association tomorrow, after a second meeting with his backroom staff.

Appiah, who held his first official meeting with his backroom staff this afternoon, told footy-ghana.com that he was going to brief the Executive Committee of his findings, which he did not disclose to footy-ghana.com.

‘I will meet again briefly tomorrow with my backroom staff before briefing the Executive Committee on my trip and findings as well. It is proper that I do so before it is made public knowledge.’

Appiah also confirmed that he would be justifying his squad of players for Ghana’s 2014 World Cup double header against Lesotho and Zambia to the Executive Committee.

‘As it is normal practice, I will also be presenting the squad to the Executive Committee and justifying the selections as well. That is another reason why my backroom staff and I met today and will meet again tomorrow morning.’

When asked when the squad would be released, Appiah answered, ‘Hopefully before the end of this week.’
