Arhin-Duah for DC on Thursday

Accra, Dec 13, GNA - Kumasi Asante Kotoko stocky striker Nana Arhin-Duah is to appear before the Disciplinary Committee (DC) of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Thursday, December 16, to answer charges of player-misconduct.

Arhin-Duah is alleged to have punched referee Buckman Yanney in the face during a premier league game against Real Tamale United (RTU) at the Tamale Kaladan Park.

He is to appear together with referee Yanney.

Also to appear are Brong Ahafo United, Okwawu United, Zaytuna FC, Ofie United, Bronkyempen, Wa Real United and Deelorm Royals. The chairmen of Berekum Arsenals and Power FC are also to appear before the committee while the Regional Sports Development Officers of Greater Accra and Brong Ahafo have also been summoned before the committee.

Meanwhile, Dwarfs, King Solomon, Zaytuna, Saint Mirren and Sportsnet have all appealed against the decisions of the DC in their protest cases.

They have been requested to collect the proceedings and summit their grounds of appeal by Tuesday, December 14, to enable the Appeals Committee deal with the cases appropriately, a statement said on Monday.
