AshantiGold Dismisses Kotoko's Allegations

The CEO of AshantiGold, Andy Sam, has spiked media reports alleging that officials, players and fans of Kumasi Asante Kotoko were mistreated during Wednesday?s league match at the Len Clay Stadium.

The game, which ended 4-1 in favor of the home team, was one of Kotoko?s worst defeats in the premier league.

The Kotoko Express, reported incidents of gross molestation against Kotoko by Ashanti Gold fans at the venue last Wednesday which culminated in the humiliating defeat.

But Andy Sam insists Kotoko were beaten fair and square.

He told JoySports that all these allegations are just another case of sour grapes.
