AshantiGold have signed Ghana youth international Aaron Amoah from Mighty Jets for an undisclosed fee.
The 1997 Caf Champions League runners-up beat giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak to the signature of the 19-year-old.
The influential midfielder played a key role in Mighty Jets relegation survival last season.
Amoah was also linked with a move to relegated French Ligue 1 side RC Lens
