Ghanaian international Ebenezer Assifuah has backed his former Coach Sellas Tetteh to thrive in the upcoming African Youth Championship in Senegal in March.
The world renowned coach Sellas Tetteh, is touted by many as the brain behind the successful stories of the national under 20 team after he made history in 2009.
Though the former Liberty Professionals Coach failed to replicate that achievement in 2013, his former player, Ebenezer Assifuah who was crowned the top goal scorer in the world youth championship in Turkey in 2013 has backed his former boss to make history by winning the African Youth Championship.
“He [Sellas] can do it again, is just a matter of time; I respect him as a coach a lot because of what he thought me.
“The African Championship is very difficult but I trust him and I know he will again make history. If the players listen to him all the things will be ok for the team”, Ebenezer Assifuah told Sportscrusader.com.
