The assistant coach of relegated French side Sochaux, Omar Daf, has praised Ghana international Jordan Ayew, describing him as a hard working player.
Daf believes Ayew has grown in his football and as a person since making his January loan move to Sochaux.
“Ayew gets everyone up. He takes full advantage of his talent,” the former Senegal international told the club’s website. “People have the catalog for his behavior. But since he is here, everyone is surprised because he is very intelligent, nice and hardworking. He asked all the time for additional meetings.”
Daf added: “I hope his Sochaux period has made him grow and allow him to really take off.”
The Black Stars forward has a contract with Marseille until 2015 and should return to the Stade Velodrome this summer.
