Ayew's € 300,000-a month salary scaring interested clubs

Ghana midfielder Andre Ayew’s € 300,000 monthly salary is said to be driving suitors away despite widespread reports about his move away from Olympique Marseille this summer.

According to L’Equipe, Napoli and AC Milan were unable to meet his demands with the former even having a bid accepted by Marseille.

The newspaper this morning believes that he may accept a move to Newcastle, a club that he rejected at the end of last summer.
