The National Milo Under 12 Tournament has just ended in Sunyani with Brong Ahafo Region, successfully defending their title with an emphatic 3-1 scoreline against the Western Region.

The Brong Ahafo side, who nearly pulled out of the tournament, due to the inability of Ghana Education Service to raise the necessary funds to meet their budget, and were saved by FEYNOORD SOOCER ACADEMY of GOMOA, proved to all who thronged the Sunyani Coronation Park this afternoon that the future of Ghana Soccer is not that bleak, if indeed the right thing is done.

Being handled by Quami Opuni, former coach of B/A United, the B/A kids were indeed a delight to watch, however, this is not to say that the lads from the Western Region were mere push-overs. They really justified their qualification to the grand-finale by exhibiting some neat football, however,B/A proved too to strong for them.
