Management of B.A United Football Club has warned all Clubs to stay away from its Players to allow the said players to concentrate on the preparation towards the upcoming Division One League.

In a statement issued by the Chief Executive Officer of B.A United F/C, Charles Kwadwo Ntim a.k.a Micky Charles, some Clubs have been disturbing the players at the camp of the Club which is affecting the programme and the progress of the Club.

He specifically mentioned Red Bull Soccer Academy as one of the Clubs who recently invited a player of B.A United, at the blind side of management.

According to the CEO, the Management of B.A United F/C has been very lenient on the unprofessional act of such clubs, who have decided to flout upon the Ghana Football Association’s Constitution.

He advised those deviant Clubs to read the F.A’s Constitution, Article 33 Clause 2(1), which talks about how to deal with players and their transfer, when they are in contracts. Micky Charles stated that all players at the camps of B.A United have been duly registered and have become the bona fide property of the club; therefore any interested party should officially contact the Management for negotiations rather than dealing with the player directly. He expressed surprised at the way the Management of the Red Bull Soccer Academy were acting, saying they should have known better what the FIFA regulations states concerning players’ transfer and contracts if they claim to be professionals. According to Micky Charles the Management of B.A United was running out of patience on such unprofessional attitudes of those Clubs, and would not hesitate to deal with them appropriately if they fail to desist from such acts. He also warned players of B.A United who were involved with such abnormal deals to refrain from it otherwise they would be sanctioned accordingly when caught.
