BA Stars: We have not thanked any Prophet

*The story B/A Stars has given thanks to Prophet One written by one Saddick Adams of Dinpa fm and published on Ghanaweb and SportsInGhana.com is a hoax. Ark Sports investigations have revealed that **it is not true that B/A Stars gave thanks to any prophet for their qualification.*

According to officials of the club, their side’s qualification back into the Premier League is due to the almighty God and some important personalities as Tonney Bennet, Lawyer Wuliwise, Elias, George Arthur, Mr. Michael Agyeman, Mr. Asare, Atta BA, Nana Agyeman Badu(II) and others who through their efforts and prayers the team gained promotion.

B/A Stars management say they regret this self-written story by Saddick Adams and he has been warned to check his facts before he publishes such stories. “lf the story is true why didn’t he mention the name of the management member who gave him this news,” questioned Nana Anto, a Board member of B/A Stars.

He advises the media to be circumspect about such publications on B/A Stars because the team has just qualified and they don’t want any hatred whatsoever about who helped the team’s qualification to divert their attention on the team’s prepartation towards the commencement of next season.

ln a related development, the team have broken camp and as promised , each player’s winning bonus of 200 Ghana Cedis has been paid instead of a draw bonus of 100 cedis. They have been promised a further big qualification package when they return from the break.

There is going to be press conference to thank everybody who supported the team’s successful qualification after the suppoters had done their party two weeks ago at Catering rest house.

Also B/A Stars Manament led by Tonney Bennet and Wuliwise has taken the responsibility of all hospital expenses of the 15 year old Mohammed who lost one of his eyes during the team’s last Division One Middle League encounter with Bechem United when he was hit by a stone thrown by Bechem fans.
