Bafana could be without regulars against Ghana

Bafana Bafana could be without some of their regulars when they host Ghana in a crucial World Cup qualifier next month.

Stuart Baxter, the Bafana Bafana coach, says some of the European clubs are reluctant to release players for national duty. This has been attributed to the fact that the match against Ghana is not taking place on a FIFA date and some of the players will still be involved in pre-season training with their teams.

Baxter says before taking the Ghanaians, he must first assemble a squad for the away game against Cape Verde on June 5.
