Barnes Osei scores debut goal in Portuguese top-flight

Ghana youth international Barnes Osei scored his debut Portuguese Liga goal on Saturday as his Pacos Ferreira side beat Maritmo 2-0 on the road.

Osei opened the scoring on 11 minutes before Diogo Jota added the second three minutes after the break.

The 20-year-old was making his fourth appearance of the season and his first start.

He was replaced after 79 minutes by Brazilian Paraiba.

Osei returned to Pacos Ferreira this season after a loan spell at second-tier side Uniao Madeira.
