Accra, Feb 10, GNA - The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) has appointed four match officials from Benin to handle the second leg Olympic Games qualifying match between the Black Meteors of Ghana and their Algerian counterparts.
The match, which is scheduled for the Kumasi Sports Stadium on February 22, will be handled by Aguidissou Crespin with Aderodjou Aboudou and Houdonougbo Boniface assisting him on lines one and two. A source at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) told the GNA Sports that the fourth referee would be Tokpeme Guy Virile with Wesley Sombo Izetta of Liberia as the Match Commissioner.
The Meteors were beaten by a lone goal in the first match in Algiers and they are expected to win the return leg to enhance their chances of qualifying for the games in Athens, Greece this year.
