The Ghana Under-23 male football team have set up a meeting with Mozambique in the final round of the 2015 All Africa Games qualifiers after Coach Mano Muyanga’s side progressed past Uganda on Saturday.
Mozambique recorded a 4-1 win over Uganda on penalties after the reverse fixture at the Nakivubo Stadium ended goalless. The first leg in Maputo also finished goalless Coach Micho’s Ugandan Kobs wasted so many scoring opportunities.
Coach Malik Jabir’s Meteors will tackle Mozambique in the first leg on March 21st before the next meeting in the reverse fixture on April 11th.
The winner of the tie will advance to the 2015 All Africa Games to be staged in Brazzaville from September 4 to 19.
