Black Stars begin camping on Tuesday

Accra, Aug 17, GNA-The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has invited thirty players to begin preparation for the Black Stars' impending international friendly match against Barbados.

The players invited are George Owu, Joe Hendricks, Micheal Asante, Daniel Yeboah, Aziz Ansah, Isaac Boakye, Charles Taylor(pictured) and Godfried Yeboah all from the camp of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

From the camp of Hearts of Oak are, Eben Dida Armah, Bernard Don Bortey, Daniel Coleman, Laryea Kingston, Lawrence Adjei and Emmanuel Osei, while Abukari Kankani, James Boateng, and James Ababio are from Obuasi Goldfields. Seth Antwi, Salou Yakubu and Kofi Sammy are from the camp of Berekum Arsenals with Paa Joe (jnr) Joe Tagoe and Micheal Ocansey from Accra Great Olympics while Ricky Essuman, Richard Ladzekpo, and Salu Muntari are from Sekondi Hasaacas.

Hamza Mohammed of King Faisal, David Addo of Stay Cool Professionals and William Tierro and Emmanuel Pappoe from Liberty Professionals complete the list.

In a statement signed by Mr Kofi Nsiah General Secretary of the GFA, the camping is scheduled for Tuesday August 19 at Obuasi. The Black Stars are scheduled to play the national team of Babardos on September 7, in Barbardos.
